First of all, I am not sure that a 1 hour rated "fire partition" should be called a fire wall, but anyway, this is just wrong regardless. I mean really? Right through the actual sign? LOL, Nice.
First picture is what I am talking about, 2nd picture is what I found on the other side of the "fire wall." The 3/4" conduit made a 90 right as it was penetrating. I'm guessing that junction box should have had about 4 extension rings,..... lol.
