Operational Permits - Jurisdiction does not issue any

How many jurisdictions out there have adopted the IFC (2013) including Section 105.6 - Required Operational Permits but do not as a policy issue any operational permits?

We do not do all the permits and make up some of our own

We inspect any place that has a permit and sometimes twice because we do annual inspections

My uncles use to live in Bremerton and worked at the wood mills
