Oregon Inspector Certification

Hi All:

I live in Washington....am currently seeking employment and a couple Oregon opportunities have come up. I have a half dozen ICC certifications. I sent in my application to take the OIC exam. I would appreciate any expericence or input that anyone can give me on the Oregon exams...the Oregon Inspector Certification or any of the others.

The exam is pretty much Oregon Revised Statute, Oregon Adminstrative Rules and I believe the adminstrative chapters of the codes. You need to know ORS 455 and most of OAR 918. Here's a free on-line course to help prepare for the exam.

I am looking it all over. I picked up the current Oregon edition code books and printed out the rules and laws from the web. I sent in the application but need to hear back from the state.
