ORSC 2017 Table M1309.4 has missing footnotes?

In the Oregon Residential Specialty Code I can't seem to find these footnotes in the table, does anyone know the story here? only footnote a is at the bottom.

Carl, look at the 2014 ORSC, for footnotes b, c, d, & e.
(pasted below for your convenience)

b. Themaximumhorizontal spacing of cast-iron pipe hangers shall be increased
to 10 feet where 10-foot lengths of pipe are installed.
c. Mid-story guide.
d. For fuel-gas piping see Table G2424.1.
e. For hydronic piping see Table M2101.9.

Aw, right on! yes, I see that now. I am curious if these footnotes have any validity in the residential code at all though. Thank you for the help figuring out the mystery!

the table is present in the ORMC 2014 with the footnotes as well.
