Thanks, interesting article. I passed it on to the former boss. The old NCO rail line has been turned into one of these trails.

There's a bunch of it here that was turned into a gated community. Obviously it was sold to the developer so it must not have been just an easement. It runs through the middle of a town. That was my first tract housing as an inspector.
