As published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, the regulations for the industrialized (commercial modular) buildings goes into effect on February 22, 2023 . Under these regulations, the commercial (modular) buildings are now treated identical as industrialized housing.



Each approved manufacturer will receive the Notice of Approval which signifies their approval to provide commercial buildings for placement into the Commonwealth of PA. They will also need to provide the Site Installation Checklist and all installation designs, just like the housing program.



Our contracted third-party evaluation and inspection agencies maintain ICC certification for commercial purposes, including accessibility.
