Good Morning Keystoners, Jar, & everyone else on this fine day before the weekend

So looking for Clarification and want to make sure before I put foot in mouth.

An AHJ in PA is listing on their website that they are enforcing the 2009 IRC, but please correct me, is not PA on a minimum statewide currently of 2018 IRC and working to move up again?

I am guessing, again foot in mouth, they just haven't updated their website in the last 5-years, or is it worse than I thought and local jurisdictions can adopt any versions in their department's and only those that don't want to do their own thing, have to follow the current minimum statewide?

I am hoping "JAR" and others can enlighten me on the wayward adoptions of the Keystone State...

Thanks everyone - Tom

Sounds like someone has not updated their website in a long time. The PA L&I UCC website has all the information you need on how they screwed everything up and made it difficult and confusing to follow.

We are on the 2018 ICC codes in PA. The change to the 2021 that was supposed to start in June has been canceled for unknow reasons. I don't know if we are going to skip the 2021 ICC codes like we did for the 2012 ICC or not.
I heard that the department does not have any employees to keep the web site up to date.
