Parallel curb ramp

Hello,
I have a curb ramp at a 'T' intersection of a walkway and am trying to determine if I need to provide 4' clear at the adjacent walkway in addition to the 4' landing space at the top of the curb ramp per 11B 406.5.3. Please see the attached markup. My assumption is that it would not be required as one's pathway is not obstructed by the ramp but I am unable to a specific example of this configuration in the CBC.

Does the adjacent walkway (I'm assuming this is the north or south walk) need to be accessible?

I would not approve that type of curb ramp in that configuration try this:.

Thanks, that was by assumption and would be an easy change. Just wanted to get some feedback from the community before making the change.
