Unless their are personal issues beteween you two, don't beat

yourself up over it......As a veteran, you are aware of "how

things are".....It's just like receiving a new set of orders to a

new duty station.....The good ones [ typically ] always move

on / upward. FWIW, ...maybe you trained `em too

well!
