Permit Fees For Fire Sprinklers

20 or less heads $ 50

After that sliding scale based on cost of job

Permit fee plus 65% of that price for plan review

If it is included in the generals bid no sprinkler permit of plan review fees

If a stand alone installation we use valuation for permit fee plus 65% plan review fee

So what has been done with sprinkler plans in the past??? And permit cost
We've never had any sprinkler systems or plans submitted before. I know, hard to believe, but, this is the largest commercial project in the city's history since the last USFS building was built about 20 years ago.

Sprinklers and alarm notification are a part of the building code. Just like any other renovation or addition. Use your existing building permit and plan review fees if the scope of work was not included in the original valuation/bid.
