Load bearing? Definitely not. Wet wall, maybe.

If, as it appears, that's a 2" pipe through a 2x4 stud, then it requires a stud shoe whether load bearing or not, per R602.6. 60% of 3.5" is 2.1", and the OD of 2" Schedule 40 is 2.375".
The water supplies may also require a nail plate, depending on the distance from the hole to the edge of the bottom plate; looks close.
