I started making focaccia bread but decided to make a pizza instead, using fresh mozzarella (some spices and a little Parmagiano Reggiano) and my homemade pizza sauce. The crust had a lot of crunch (video).

Yes it does but with a thicker crust and not the same cheese.

Actually, compared to what they called Detroit pizza here in Louisville it's actually thinner.

Perfect as I believe that good pizza is hard to come by in the sunshine state
