I live in a retirement community that has infrastructure problems. We’ve had fresh water and sewage issues. The handyman just used black piping for the freshwater line to mine and my neighbors house. Is this safe?

The poster needs to contact a legal source, who will retain a qualified contractor to judge the installation.
