I have heard of projects where the plumbers and electricians were prohibited from having a chainsaw or sawzall on the project.

Yes, unfortunately common. "Think twice before cutting a structure ought to be the first rule.". NOT "S__t runs downhill" because sometimes, you have to pump it uphill.)

Appears to be a CM/multi-prime with no super, only a paper pusher. Did the inspector accept it?
