Plumbing Violation Photo Quiz

Hard to tell from the photo, but in addition to the plumbing code violations there might be a fire separation violation on that hole in the concrete deck.
 
I like the use of the tap-con screws into the concrete and the 1 & 5/8" drywall screws connecting the studs to the top plate.
 
Reduces in the direction of flow, improper fernco, fire rating/ stopping, that steel hanger in the back isn't connected, maybe nail plates on the water lines, possibly vent if it used to have a typical tub stop and waste setup with a vent...But I'm not a plumber so what do I know...
