Pool pump *inside* the swimming pool?

Recently had this brought to my attention by a 3rd party electrical inspector. It is cord-and-plug attached.

Yeah I got some photos (this is not in my jurisdiction). It comes with a LV transformer that is not suitable for wet locations.

In the photos the electrician bonded the transformer chassis.

I can't find any specs on it; wonder if it's listed.
