Not where I really want to be
Satellite post office in a strip mall area not owned by the government. The sidewalk along the building is not really a sidewalk and is 32" wide and does not meet the slope requirements. I think it was placed there for drainage. Here are the photos of this post office and a shot of an exit door to the Boston Market next door. What say thee? Compliant or not?Front of post office and "ramp"

They obviously are not compliant what you described although the site is not allowing me to enlarge the pictures to view them better. The sidewalk doesn't comply according to your description and there isn't sufficient clearance by the door. The ramp also looks like it doesn't comply but I can't tell from the picture.

Can't they shop the post office online? The shipping aught to be free.

Speaking of shipping, your package arrived yesterday. It circled the globe for under $7.00

Yes, standing is the term for the ability of a party to demonstrate to the court sufficient connection to and harm from the law or action challenged to support that party's participation in the case
