By republicans I mean nobody in particular, in this non-political post.

Screw Harry Reid running with a horseshoe.

Previous sentiment also not political.

Brent.

Maybe they'll be smart enough to reverse this whole environmental agenda, along with stripping down the EPA and their regulatory rules, maybe even the DOJ and their ADA? But before we celebrate remember it was the first Bush, a Republican, who gave us the United Nations Agenda 21 and the ADA.

An article on MarketWatch speculates that the Senate will suspend some environmental regulations, even if they are able to do it on a national level how are we going to get them out of the building codes?

Republicans will not, to be sure, gift-wrap legislation for Obama to sign. Sen. Mitch McConnell, the Kentucky Republican who is expected to become majority leader, has signaled an aggressive effort to dismantle Obama’s legacy on key items including the Affordable Care Act and environmental regulations.¹
