Correct me if I'm wrong:

ANSI A117.1-2009 Section 307

I have a project were the is a 500 SF L-shaped room, the 11.5' x 16.5' section is to have two wall mounted sinks, 7' apart. I believe the sinks exceed the protrusion limit. Also, will 4' high walls on each side be compliant?

"Knee walls" should work as long as they do not interfere with the accessibility.....Also here.....1003.3.3 Horizontal projections.

Structural elements, fixtures or furnishings shall not project horizontally from either side more than 4 inches (102 mm) over any walking surface between the heights of 27 inches (686 mm) and 80 inches (2032 mm) above the walking surface.

The key is the definition of circulation path:*An exterior or interior way of passage from one place to another for pedestrians.

The interior of a restroom is not generally a circulation path, so the sinks are not, protruding into that path....
