PV Systems and the NEC/IRC for Derating

Another great question I thought of for PV systems installed on roofs of SFR's, Townhouses, etc.

Would the output conductors of micro inverters individually or as an array be subject to NEC 310.15(B)(2)© for derating?

What about DC array conductors?
 
I believe all conductors are subject to derating. Unless there is something in the PV section that exempts it then I would say it must adhere. I readily admit that I am not up on PV.
