I have a building with dimension 140m x 30m and it has few production lines and storage racks in between for the finished goods and raw materials in between. Is it allowed so, or should it be seperated and both storage and production lines to be considered as different occupancies?

Not enough information provided.

In the United States, under our building codes, manufacturing is classified as an F (Factory) occupancy, and storage is classified as an S (Storage) occupancy. Both have subclassifications (F-1, F-2, S-1, S-2). Whether or not there must be physical, fire-resistance rated separations between them depends on a number of factors. As jar546 already stated, you have not provided enough information to allow a more detailed answer.
