Does anyone have any photos of a ramp from a habitable attic compliant with R311.4. I'd really like to see that.

Gee...with a maximum slope of 1:8 per R311.8.1, I don't think that there are many if any at all.
Given 8-ft ceilings, you'd be looking at 64-ft of just ramp. Each landing (probably 4-6) adds another 3-ft each. So, all-in, we're at 86-92 feet long by 3-ft wide. Yup, not going to happen. Stair and a lift it is.
