Hang on.... depends on why the rated wall exists. If a fire wall is used to create separate buildings or a fire barrier is used to reduce fire area, then rating is higher.

Fire wall would be 3hrs per Table 706.4

Fire barrier would also be 3hrs per Table 707.3.10

It's Type 1 construction concrete panel walls in a 88,000 s.f. warehouse

It would seem that that would/could be unlimited area and no separation required....

I would double check the type of construction given that type 1 construction requires either a 1 or 1 1/2 hour rated roof assembly for the F-1 occupancy.
