Same, otherwise I can waive the requirement which I do on occasion.And you would need sealed plans if you made the shower bigger or otherwise reconfigured things.....In CT
Agree, but it depends on if they are moving the drain location and if they are affecting any fire-rated assemblies.A permit is required but not plans, What would have been discovered in a plan check would be discovered during an inspection. We have bigger fish to fry.
