Reduced Neutral Size for Dwelling Services

Informational only but feel free to discuss.
You can reduce the size of the grounded conductor (neutral) in the following sections:

Services = NEC 220.61 & 230.42
Feeders = NEC 215.2 & 220.61

Notice there is a little overlap in NEC 220.61 for service and feeder grounded conductors.
