One question so far:

1) There a 5 toilet and shower rooms clustered for staff. There is 1 "decontamination shower" in the sallyport/inmate arrival, not clustered with the other 5. (This is not a jail, so I use the term inmate to represent those that they are going to "hold" in their cells.) 2018 IBC 1109.2 #3 requires 50% of the clustered rooms be accessible, so 3 must be. They show a 3' wide x 5' deep shower compartment, with the opening at one end. I can't fit that into any type of accessible shower compartment in 2009 ANSI 117.1. Am I missing something? Then, must the "decon" shower be accessible? I see no exceptions that would apply, but it is also not a normal shower I don't think. Fortunately I have no knowledge of these things!

I'd say yes to the sally port decon shower needing to be accessible and 3 of the 5 clustered per the section. The drawing provided does not seem to have the 60" required open side as required
