Registered Members and Photo Uploads

I have flip-flopped on this several times, and after a few months of a trial run, I have decided (for the final time?) that non-Sawhorse members who are registered can upload photos to the forum. This is for the good of the forum, and I witnessed quite a few threads that either continued without a photo for context, or the poster used a URL for the photo, which, as we all know, can change, and then the post often becomes useless. It is more important to have the images uploaded and within our control so we don't repeat previous issues where hundreds of photos just disappeared because the URL changed. I hope you all understand.
