REM/Rate question

I was hoping somebody could upload an actual REM/Rate printout from an SFR. I have one being submitted for a new home and it just looks off for some reason. What should be on these things? The sq. ft. numbers are off, the R values are off, it doesn't list a code that it is based on on the first page, etc etc.

I appear to have two things.

Thing 1 = a 6 page "Energy Code Inspection Checklist"

Thing 2 = a 1.25 page "2009 IECC Annual Energy Cost Compliance"

Never had one, but I believe Thing 2 tells you how much better the design is vs the 2009 IECC.

Beyond that, I can't think of a reason why the square footage would be off?
