Rem/Rate v12.71

The Rem/Rate is a compliance submittal just dropped off in my office for an existing residential development that is still building homes. They will be bringing in a model at a time for a compliance check. In Illinois we too are required to enforce the 2009 Energy Code. Has anyone seen the Rem/Rate system and can you give some tips on how to check it for compliance?
