Hello to all my friends,
My name is Quinn. My question is....I have a type 2 commercial hood and would like to replace it with type 1 commercial hood. Do I need to submit or apply to the health department or the city? Please advice.
Thanks
Quinn

Ask your local departments.... but both should say yes (along with Fire Marshall typically).
