I have a four story building , single occupant, single use (business) , Type IIB construction, full coverage 13D sprinkler system, all within the allowable area per floor.
Do I need to provide fire rated floor assemblies at each level ?

You cannot use an NFPA 13D system for a business occupancy.

And, no, you do not need to rate the floor/ceiling assemblies.

Agree... just noting the code sections that apply.

NFPA 13D is applicable to one- or two-family dwellings, Group R-3, Group R-4 Condition 1, and/or townhouses only. IBC Section 903.3.1.3

Type II-B - 0-hr fire rating for floor/ceiling assemblies. IBC Table 601
