Restaurant Aisles

I'm definitely overthinking this one.
Are aisles in Restaurants included in the OL for Assembly (unconcentrated tables and chairs) which then would be determined like all other egress components or would I use Section 1029 to determine the widths of aisles?

I don't do a lot of restaurants but I have done quite a few places of worship and I use 1029 for aisles as that's assembly (fixed seating) but restaurants are also assembly.
Just getting confused all by myself... without any help

Thank you for confirming. That's what I thought, but then worked myself up into a big ball of yarn.
