How would you classify an occupancy that grinds, roast, brews and bottles coffee? There will be 2- 55lb roasters and 1- 20lb roasters.

Group F-2, beverages (max. 16% alcohol content). Unless they are spiking their coffee, I do not think it will exceed 16%.

Why doesn't code address F-2 for sprinkler requirements?
The fire load is minimal and it is considered a low-hazard occupancy.
