That's just nuts. One in a billion chance. Don't try this at home.
A guy was installing blocking between ceiling joist, standing on a homemade stool that tipped over. Shot a nail that pinned his hand to a joist. He was found hanging there by the bone driver that heard the screaming. I bet that hurt.
