Anyone require type I or II hood for a schlotzskys chain oven sandwich cooker???

Did you mean "sandwich heater", or an actual "cooker"? We have not required any type of hoods in the

Subway or Quiznos restaurants. I'm guessing that these are all pretty similar type operations.
