Section 1609.3 (2018 IBC)

Hello Folks,
Section 1609.3 refers the reader to several figures that map out the wind speeds for structures in various risk categories. Note 1., for all the figures, specifies that these values are for Exposure C categories. I'm wondering why no factor is given to modify the values should the location fit into exposure B or D.
I'm sure I'm missing something.

The factors for different exposures used to be in the IBC. Unfortunately you now have to buy ASCE 7 to get them and convert wind speed to PSF.

Look at Applied Technology Council website, they do a good job of pinpointing design criteria for a specific site.
