What, if anything, do you require as far as identifying the Fire Sprinkler Rooms,

on the exterior side of the door? Some sort of signage, ...lettering, ...other,

...nothing?

If more than one sprinkler room on the entire building the addresses covered and the wording "Riser (or Sprinkler) /Alarm Room". The Knox Box goes above this door too. The FDC's get the same (addresses)
 
Riser in red letters (so vandles don't think it's a Mech. Room). As for HLFinsp's example, we use Riser (East, North, South and West) so we know which half is controlled by the riser behind the door. In the event we have multiple risers in the room we require complete floor plan placard on each riser with color coded area of supply. (IFC 510.1) 2006
