A developer wants to build a mobile home park. His electrical drawings show a 3-phase 120/208 system being distributed throughout the park from the POCO with a single phase 120/208 service going to each mobile home pad. Are you allowed to use 120/208v systems in a mobile home park? This is no different than a high-rise condo that does the exact same thing to take advantage of a 3 phase system.
