Share a septic tank

I am planning on building my house, not that big, beside my sister's house. My question is that can I share septic tank from my sister, she has a concrete septic tank which is near or embedded right beside my lot. So I was planning in putting my comfort room near the septic tank.

Typically the regulatory agency would re-evaluate the original installation to ensure it could meet the demand of two families.

If your sister gets mad at you are one of the lots is sold, might just get disconnected from the tank
