skywalk pedestrian bridges

can someone tell me if NFPA 502 covers these type pf bridges that span between buildings at airports from terminals to garages???
the bridges are for passengers only not vehicles...

NFPA 502 Covers vehicles and not pedestrians. It is intended to address the protection of limited access highways. I do know of a section within NYS Building Code where it is addressed in section 3104.

3104.1General.​

This section shall apply to connections between buildings such as pedestrian walkways or tunnels, located at, above or below grade level, that are used as a means of travel by persons. The pedestrian walkway shall not contribute to the building area or the number of stories or height of connected buildings.
