sneeze guard

I realize this probably isnt the right forum to post this but snce it is at the top for viewing I'm gonna start here...

Is anyone aware of a code that regulates sneeze guards?

Any application...

tempered?...

slope?...

etc.

I am assuming that you are referring to "sneeze guards" over

prepared food for public consumption. Check with your local health

department that regulates food service businesses.

Local health Codes vary but the general rule is that buffet sneeze guards sit in front of the average customer's mouth, around five feet high for adults and leave room for the customer to reach the food.
