Solar Array disconnect

Is a disconnect required for DC conductors on building "A" that array is located?

5kw solar array mounted on roof of structure "A".Inverter,DC disconnect,AC disconnect,meter and panel located on building "B"(array for building "B").DC wiring from array on roof goes down side of building "A" enters under floor in basement continues total length of basement were it leaves basement wall underground to building "B"approx. 100'.DC disconnect located with in site from building "A".
 
Not according to 690.14©(4) The photovoltaic system disconnecting means shall consist of not more than six switches or six circuit breakers mounted in a single enclosure, in a group of separate enclosures, or in or on a switchboard.

(5) Grouping. The photovoltaic system disconnecting means shall be grouped with other disconnecting means for the system to comply with 690.14©(4). A photovoltaic disconnecting means shall not be required at the photovoltaic module or array location.
