SAWHORSE
I have a proposal for spray applied foam to be used on ductwork in a SFR vented crawlspace. Anybody have experience with this procedure
We use the 2009 IMC for com and residential

604.4 Foam plastic insulation.
Foam plastic used as duct coverings and linings shall conform to the requirements of Section 604.
This is the product and ES report. No mention of applying the product specifically to metal ducts. My concern is this will be a gas fired furnace and I am not sure about the air temps from the furnace and how that might effect the foam.
