Squatter moves in before the framing inspection is called for

MTC,
Is that a protected species?
Did you inspect the nest construction? Do you use the IGCC?
 
It is a Robin so not protected species. I told the contractor he had until the insulation inspection to have it removed or engineered plans submitted since the construction will not meet the prescriptive requirements of the IRC :D
