Stainless-Steel Fasteners

The ocean air is absolutely brutal on metal. I've seen beach houses with corroded doorknobs, flashing, deck fasteners and deck hardware.
This stainless steel will definitely help extend the useful life, but in the end nature will ultimately prevail.

And if you live in snow country....the ice melt/ salt on decks eats hangers and fasteners like a fat kid with a happy meal...
