Steel sink problem

New house. The stainless steel kitchen and laundry sinks do not dry on their own. They will drain all but what you see in the pictures. The lady is complaining that there is what looks like stain pattern and the water will be there until it evaporates. The water clings to the vertical walls of the sink as well as sitting on the bottom/

Does anyone have experience with that?

Yes, this is the style these days, to have a relatively flat bottom on the sinks.
So yes, the surface tension will leave drops and puddles, that in turn leave mineral deposits etc. as they dry.
