So hedge fund managers and venture capitalists can treat the stock market like a toy and manipulate it, bet against companies to speed up the demise of said company BUT when there is a coordinated effort by many that are every day people, it is a problem and needs to be regulated? Check out Gamestop GME the news is all over the place.
