Here is the scenario
Large conference room classified as A-3 (1,083 SF) (Building is classified as B).
Inside the training room, there is a storage room for tables/chairs. (165 SF)

The storage room by itself is less than 10% of the aggregate for the building, but since it is inside the training room, would it be considered accessory to A-3 or to B? It's also more than 10% of the conference room

My question is in regards to separation
If considered accessory to the building, I don't think it would need it, but because it is inside the conference room, and separation is required there, it would also be required at least on the wall that separates the conf room from storage?

Would this be the correct approach? or would the entire storage area be required to have the same separation?

Accessory storage area to the A-3, OL 300 gross, still part of the A-3, no separation.
