One technical item: the wind noise in the mike was obnoxious.
I’m sure the guy who painted the roof told the HO that weep holes weren’t needed any more cuz the miracle coating would be 100% waterproof and no moisture would get through.

Yes, wanted to use the iPhone instead of the regular camera for convenience. That won't happen again.
