testing domestic water lines too

Was just going thru the DWV testing requirements, and it occurs to me that not all domestic water lines get tested. They should be.. I think we blew one out last week by stressing the system while cleaning gutters with water.
 
hose on the shower discharge..

having said that.. I just heard to day that a project with CVPC water lines is probably going to court. All lines were tested (the minimum 15 minutes)... but now "major" leaks.
